Spicy Mini Rustico is a traditional Italian cured salami with a cylindrical shape, made from finely ground lean pork blended with carefully balanced proportions of pork fat and enriched with crushed chilli pepper. Aged for approximately 5 weeks, it develops a pleasantly spicy flavour while preserving the rich, authentic character of traditional Italian salami.
