Colombo Salamini are made from carefully selected pork, finely or coarsely ground according to traditional recipes. Their short curing period preserves a tender texture and a delicate, well-balanced flavour.

Available in both fine-grind and coarse-grind varieties, they are stuffed into a traditional natural casing known as “torto”, which contributes to their distinctive character and authentic Italian taste.
