Cooked Liver Mortadella is made from pure pork, using coarsely ground lean meat and pork fat blended with finely minced liver. The mixture is enriched with Grappa di Angera and mulled red wine, then seasoned with a traditional blend of spices that gives the product its distinctive, aromatic flavour.

It is stuffed into a natural casing known as bondeana, following traditional artisan methods that preserve the authentic character of this classic Northern Italian speciality.
