Our Fine Sausage is a traditional Italian fresh pork sausage made from finely minced lean pork carefully blended with pork fat in the ideal proportions. The mixture is seasoned with salt, herbs and spices, then stuffed into a traditional natural casing known as “groppino”, giving the sausage its characteristic delicate texture and authentic flavour.

Prepared exclusively with selected Italian pork, it is ideal for grilling, pan-frying or enriching a wide variety of traditional recipes.
